About The Position

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Bash scripting, deep knowledge of Linux systems, hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, and a solid background in AWS cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in automating deployment pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our platforms.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or System Engineering role.
Proficient in Bash scripting and automation on Linux systems.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
Deep understanding of AWS Cloud services and infrastructure management.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of containerization using Docker.

Nice To Haves

Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
Understanding of networking concepts (VPC, load balancing, DNS, firewalls).
Experience with GitOps or Helm for Kubernetes deployments.
Scripting experience in Python or Go is a plus.
AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Manage Kubernetes clusters including deployments, scaling, and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain Bash scripts for automation, monitoring, and system maintenance.
Configure, monitor, and maintain AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
Optimize system performance and ensure infrastructure availability and security.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes and application observability.
Implement and enforce best practices for infrastructure, deployment, and security.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
