About The Position

GliaCell is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support a U.S. Government customer on one of our subcontracts. This full-time position involves providing technical expertise to sustain critical mission-related software and systems for a large government contract. The role is part of the Report Authoring and Dissemination (RAD) team and focuses on the DevOps engineering aspects of a modernization effort to converge the Department of Defense's authoring, dissemination, and supporting tools. Candidates must be prepared to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support, approximately one week out of every 4-6 weeks, and may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call.

Requirements

• Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (CI within the last 7 years).
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Works well independently as well as on a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Linux
• AWS, MASH, and VMs
• Docker Swarm
• Deployments of distributed web applications (e.g. GitLab CI/CD)
• Terraform scripting and VM provisioning
• Ansible scripting and development
• Thorough understanding of Docker & Docker Compose container technology
