About The Position

Time Doctor is hiring a fully remote DevOps Engineer based in Latin America to run and scale the cloud infrastructure behind its workforce analytics platform. The platform primarily runs on Google Cloud, with infrastructure defined in Terraform across more than 40 environments; legacy systems also run on AWS. The role provides DevOps coverage during US Eastern business hours, requiring at least four hours of daily overlap, and includes participation in the on-call roster. The engineer will design, build, and operate production, staging, sandbox, and customer-specific deployments. The work spans infrastructure as code, reusable Terraform modules, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, data infrastructure, security, monitoring, and incident response. The role is hands-on and emphasizes automation, secure and reliable operations, clear communication, and ownership of production issues through resolution and documentation. The position reports to the Technical Lead and joins a small DevOps team working across time zones, including New Zealand. The successful hire will be the team's first member in the Americas and will work closely with engineering teams that depend on the platform. Time Doctor describes itself as a bootstrapped, profitable, fully remote company with team members in more than 30 countries.
