This position involves close collaboration with IVR Engineers, Application Architects, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, QA, and external partners to support releases, investigate production issues, and enhance platform stability and observability. The role demands strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and voice systems, coupled with an operations-first, production-focused approach.
