About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for DevOps Engineer/Business Subject Matter Expert in Dover, DE (Hybrid). We are seeking a highly skilled Platform/Observability Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale telemetry and automation solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining Open Telemetry (OTel) pipelines, developing CI/CD workflows, and enabling infrastructure automation in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering and operational expertise, with experience in modern DevOps, observability, and GitOps practices. You will work closely with Platform Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, self-service solutions and ensure the reliability and performance of enterprise systems.
