About The Position
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our team. This role is remote and is a W2 position only. The engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and managing scalable and secure GCP infrastructure, configuring and deploying cloud resources, and ensuring system performance and efficiency. A key part of this role involves implementing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and adhering to DevOps best practices, as well as troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues. Collaboration with development and operations teams is essential for seamless delivery.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP administration and services
- Expertise in infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
- Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and monitoring tools
- Ability to optimize cloud environments for performance and cost
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or Architect)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools)
