About The Position

The Digital Platform team creates and maintains the foundation and features on which Stellarus Digital Applications’ technical products are built. The Senior DevOps Engineer reports directly to the Senior Manager, Digital Platform and designs, implements, and manages scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The role focuses on reusable Azure platform components, cloud automation frameworks, self-service capabilities, CI/CD solutions, and platform engineering accelerators used across teams. It also supports production reliability, observability, security and compliance controls, and developer experience improvements. The position contributes to a leadership culture that encourages creative and critical thinking, high-performing teams, results, and continuous learning. Stellarus’ workplace model emphasizes purposeful in-person collaboration alongside flexibility. Most teams work in the office two days per week. Employees living more than 50 miles from an office, out-of-state employees, and employees in certain member-facing roles should coordinate in-office time with their manager based on business needs. The company may require additional in-office presence. The role is based in an office environment and includes work from a home office or desk; activity is sedentary for most of the workday.
