About The Position

WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer who is bilingual in Korean and English. This role requires extensive experience in DevOps and web-based system development, with a strong emphasis on database management, front-end, and back-end development. The successful candidate will work with an outsourced development team in South Korea.

Requirements

• 9+ years in DevOps and web-based system development.
• Java experience in developing or maintaining intranet systems.
• Oracle-based data modeling, SQL, Procedure development, DB tuning experience.
• Front-End Development Experience – preferably with Kendo UI with VUE.
• Back-End Development Experience – Java(Spring Boot) backend API development.
• ETL: Alteryx Experience.
• Bilingual (Korean and English) required.

Nice To Haves

• API development experiences are a plus.
• ETL development experience with ETL Tools (Alteryx, Oracle Data Integrator, MS SQL SSIS, etc.) preferred.
• BI reporting tool (Tableau, MS Power BI, etc.) development experiences are preferred.
• Full lifecycle of ETL implementation understanding preferred (analysis, architecture, design, development, data extraction, staging and storage, transformation, presentation, testing, cutover/go-live planning).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-based systems.
• Perform database modeling, SQL, procedure development, and DB tuning.
• Engage in front-end development, preferably with Kendo UI and VUE.
• Develop back-end APIs using Java (Spring Boot).
• Utilize Alteryx for ETL processes.
• Collaborate with an outsourced development team in South Korea.
