The Device Support Specialist (DSS) will deliver patient-forward care by educating and supporting patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy. This role involves conducting in-home, virtual, and occasional clinic visits to train patients, collect data, and troubleshoot equipment. The specialist will manage their territory independently, including scheduling, travel, and follow-up care, and partner with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to support patient and provider needs. They will also be responsible for completing required documentation, training, and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
