This role involves preparing, configuring, validating, and managing device fleets for study deployment.
Requirements
- Experience with iOS/watchOS device setup and configuration.
- Ability to perform functional validation and handle inventory.
- Proficiency in executing quality control checklists and capturing basic logs.
- Skill in troubleshooting issues and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and configure device fleets for deployment.
- Perform device pairing and application setup.
- Support custom build/OS installation.
- Conduct pre-deployment quality control checks.
- Track device lifecycle and manage handoff to field operations.
- Set up iOS/watchOS devices, perform device pairing, and configure apps.
- Conduct functional validation and handle inventory.
- Execute quality control checklists and capture basic logs.
- Troubleshoot issues and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
