Batteries Plus Associates are service-driven problem solvers. We are looking for Store Associates who enjoy working with people and solving problems using compassion and empathy. Customer service is our business, and we are committed to exceeding our customers' expectations. We do this by listening, asking questions, researching, and then offering a solution. Daily you would be working with Smartphones, Batteries, Bulbs and Key Fobs and other products that be tested and repaired.

Responsibilities
- Testing and repairing smartphones, batteries, bulbs, and key fobs.
- Providing customer service by listening, asking questions, researching, and offering solutions.
- Working with customers to find solutions to their battery, lighting, and repair problems.
