About The Position

Qorvo's Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program. Qorvo’s Device Engineering Internships are offered in our Global Operations business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BS, MS, PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Strong data analysis skills (statistic based arguments)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Spotfire, SharePoint, CAD preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced engineers in DC/RF test, measurement, and data analysis
  • Document existing process control modules (PCM) and their characterization focus
  • Improve monitoring of critical inline process monitors.
  • Supporting Fab operations by maintaining and improving Yield web reports
  • Analysis and correlation of test data to fabrication process
  • Developing and improving semiconductor fabrication flows and processes, in some cases

  • Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr - $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location)
