About The Position

The Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (ARMS) team is on a mission to build next generation solid rocket motors for a safer, more connected world. To achieve our vision of becoming a large-volume provider of tactical rocket motors, we will develop differentiated products and services that maximize our customers’ capabilities, and we will establish and maintain a reputation of Quality and Reliability. As a DevOps Technician, you will support Anduril’s solid rocket motor research, development, and manufacturing efforts. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our cutting-edge rocket and energetics team. This role will assist the Production Team play a crucial in overseeing the integration of hardware components for rocket systems and energetic materials.

Requirements

• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance may be required
• Proficient in the use of various hand tools and precision instruments.
• Comprehensive understanding of hardware integration principles, techniques, and best practices.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in hardware integration for rocket systems or similar hardware integration applications
• Strong knowledge of energetic materials and their handling procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper assembly, installation, and testing of rocket hardware and energetic materials
• Develop and implement integration procedures and quality control measures
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware integration issues as they arise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and test engineers
• Maintain accurate documentation of integration processes and test results
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to rocket systems and energetics
