About The Position

Developmental Disabilities Service Coordinators in Lane County assess individual needs and create individual plans of support for each person on their caseload. You are part of a strong supportive case management team, with opportunities to collaborate with community partners in disability, education, medical, and behavioral health. Regular supervision is provided, along with onboarding training and support to learn the County and State systems for service coordination. At Lane County we strongly value using an equity lens and trauma-informed principles. You will receive initial and ongoing support and training in these areas. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • One year of experience of working with persons with developmental disabilities
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience with case management/service coordination for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or other equivalent type of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as member of a team
