About The Position

ViaQuest Residential Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Monroe, OH. This part-time role focuses on providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The position offers a consistent every-other-weekend schedule with flexible hours, allowing for a good work-life balance while making a meaningful impact. The nurse will work in a 2:2 care ratio with a consistent caseload, providing direct nursing care, medication administration, treatments, and support with personal care and daily living needs. Accurate documentation and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team are essential to ensure a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid driver’s license
• Auto insurance
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments
• Support individuals in a 2:2 care ratio with a consistent caseload
