About The Position
At ViaQuest Residential Services, we provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our team on a consistent every-other-weekend schedule. If you’re looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact, this is the role for you!
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (or higher) from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home care, long-term care, or developmental disabilities preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, personal care, and daily support
- Support individuals in a 2:2 care ratio with a consistent caseload
- Communicate updates and changes in condition to the supervising RN
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Deliver compassionate emotional and social support
- Complete accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Assist in developing and implementing plans of care with physicians
