About The Position

As a member of our team, you will work with individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them live independent, productive and integrated lives. As a Supervisor you will work with Service Coordinators to ensure health and safety, OAR compliance, and support the overall team and mission. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, or a related social science field; AND three (3) years of administrative, clinical, and operational support experience, including managerial experience; OR any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills and knowledge to perform the job.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain and maintain a valid Oregon driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
  • Incumbents may be required to obtain specific technical certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the public service system for developmental disability services in Oregon to include specifications, contract language, and their interpretation.
  • An understanding of the problems affecting clients and case management techniques that are appropriate for working with them; as well as modern developmental disability practices, principles and philosophies.
