About The Position

The Department of Pediatrics at The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV is seeking a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician to join our established team in Las Vegas, NV. This position will work closely with our collaborative team of physicians and with the Grant A Gift Autism Foundation, Nevada’s leading nonprofit clinic specializing in autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions. With the rapid population growth and an underserved demographic, practicing medicine in Las Vegas will provide you with a chance to help shape programs that will make a lasting impact in the community. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team within a multidisciplinary clinic that includes neuropsychology, neurology, child and adolescent psychiatry, speech and occupational therapy, and ABA services in a collaborative, mission-driven environment where every role contributes to transforming lives. Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
  • Board Eligible or Certified in Pediatrics.
  • Eligible for an unrestricted Nevada medical license, Nevada pharmacy and DEA licenses, and malpractice insurance.
  • Meet credentialing requirements and be able to obtain privileges at affiliated hospitals and other site locations as needed.

  • Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date.
  • Tenure consideration may be given upon hire on a case by case basis depending on verified previous credentials, the FAPT recommendation, and SOM Dean's recommendation.
