The Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Development / Redevelopment Analyst at its Nashville, TN headquarters. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in real estate, development, investment banking, investment underwriting, or related fields.
Proficiency with the suite of Microsoft software underwriting, analysis and reporting tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research, financial analysis, portfolio and individual asset assessment, and feasibility studies.
Evaluate construction pricing, project budgets, investment hurdles and perform scenario analysis in support of development / redevelopment initiatives.
Assist with project due diligence, data collection/analysis, underwriting, and reporting.
Create and maintain project level Argus software models.
Produce and maintain project tracking reports including formal investment presentations.
Support the delivery of ground-up development and major redevelopment projects for medical outpatient buildings.
Potential for occasional market / project site travel (short duration trips only).
