About The Position

The Development & Operations Coordinator supports donor management, reporting, technology systems, and operational logistics for YBLA. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate donor records, tracking donations and matching gifts, supporting reporting and data management needs, and assisting with organizational systems and program logistics. The position also supports fundraising operations, system management, and administrative processes that help ensure YBLA programs, events, and leadership experiences operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Become an advanced user of YBLA’s donor management, fundraising, and operational systems
  • Accurately enter donor, donation, and contribution data into YBLA systems
  • Properly code and process checks, matching gifts, and other contributions
  • Maintain accurate donation records across all giving platforms
  • Monitor donation and matching grant platforms at least twice per week, including FrontDoor / CyberGrants / Bonterra, Benevity, and Blackbaud / YourCause
  • Monitor failed payments and assist with follow-up and resolution
  • Support fundraising campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
  • Setup and maintain custom reports within donor management systems
  • Run weekly and monthly fundraising, donation, and engagement reports
  • Maintain and update cash reporting spreadsheets
  • Track donation trends and fundraising activity across systems
  • Provide reports and donor data to the leadership and marketing teams as requested
  • Support data organization and reporting for fundraising campaigns, events, sponsorships, and grants
  • Support testing, upgrades, and configuration of YBLA’s custom membership software, Sable
  • Assist with troubleshooting and quality assurance testing across systems
  • Help organize, clean, charge, and assess laptops and technology equipment for programs and service abroad experiences
  • Support operational preparation for leadership programs, events, and service experiences
  • Assist with administrative and organizational projects as assigned
  • Support office organization and operational efficiency efforts
