About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project delivery and close-out to facilitate successful completion and turnover.
  • Conduct punch-list review, tracking, and coordination.
  • Coordinate and manage fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E) delivery and installation.
  • Assist with unit and common area set-up.
  • Support the Development Team and Management team during move-ins.
  • Assist with the review and enforcement of contractual requirements for design and construction professionals.
  • Meet with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants to review project status and resolve issues.
  • Review and analyze potential changes to budget or schedule.
  • Attend project meetings.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
