About The Position

As a Development Intern, you will support the pursuit of new business and the execution of Ryan-owned and third-party owned development and construction projects.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate or finance or related fields.
  • Extremely well-organized.
  • Ability to implement development tasks on multiple development projects with moderate supervision from associate or senior development staff.
  • Communicate clearly.
  • Demonstrate entry-level presentation skillset.
  • Display relationship building skillset.
  • Collaborate well.
  • Position requires verification of employment to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Market research
  • Organizing project information, communication and meetings
  • Preparing deal approval packages for the board of directors and management teams
  • Assisting in site evaluation and acquisition and LOI/Lease negotiations
  • Assistance in coordinating tenant improvement construction projects
  • Supporting the entitlement process
  • Involvement in creating development proposals and simple to complex development proforma
