About The Position
As a Development Intern, you will support the pursuit of new business and the execution of Ryan-owned and third-party owned development and construction projects.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate or finance or related fields.
- Extremely well-organized.
- Ability to implement development tasks on multiple development projects with moderate supervision from associate or senior development staff.
- Communicate clearly.
- Demonstrate entry-level presentation skillset.
- Display relationship building skillset.
- Collaborate well.
- Position requires verification of employment to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Market research
- Organizing project information, communication and meetings
- Preparing deal approval packages for the board of directors and management teams
- Assisting in site evaluation and acquisition and LOI/Lease negotiations
- Assistance in coordinating tenant improvement construction projects
- Supporting the entitlement process
- Involvement in creating development proposals and simple to complex development proforma
