The Development & Grants Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the mission and long-term sustainability of HOPE Family Health through strategic grant development, fundraising support, donor engagement, community partnerships, and organizational storytelling. Working closely with executive leadership, this position helps strengthen organizational visibility, diversify funding opportunities, and cultivate relationships that expand HOPE’s impact across the communities it serves. This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting all phases of the grant development process, including researching, writing, editing, submitting, tracking, and reporting on Federal, State, local, and private foundation grant opportunities. The Development & Grants Coordinator must possess strong writing, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple grant timelines, collaborate across departments, and communicate complex organizational and programmatic information clearly and effectively. In addition to grant coordination, this position supports fundraising and donor stewardship activities, community engagement initiatives, sponsorship development, and strategic communications efforts that strengthen philanthropic support and community partnerships for HOPE Family Health. The Development & Grants Coordinator serves as a relationship-builder and storyteller who helps connect HOPE’s mission, patient impact, and strategic priorities to funders, donors, community organizations, and the public.
