About The Position
As an Engineering Intern (Thermal Management / Validation) reporting to the Head of EVTM App Eng TMM-C / Valves / Lines, you will be responsible for assisting the execution of R&D Product Development for internal and external customer projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Basic understanding of thermal systems.
- Foundational knowledge of refrigeration system thermodynamics.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic principles, including coolant and refrigerant circuits.
- Understanding of quality control principles and quality-related statistical methods.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to or experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and build of sample parts
- Assist in the design and build up of test fixture and complete thermal management module test setups
- Manage test set up and instrumentation with engineering technicians
- Execute experimental testing of thermal systems and components
- Engineering data analysis and reporting
