Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, non-profit management or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive professional with 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, CRM management (specifically Salesforce), and non-profit operations.
  • Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills
  • Analytical mindset necessary to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, "for-impact" environment.
  • Salesforce Trailhead Credentials.
  • Strong commitment to process documentation, sophisticated reporting, and a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Excellence in both oral and written communications.
  • The ability to work through stringent deadlines with attention to detail and focus on priorities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Integrity in dealing with confidential donor, client, and financial information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to inspire confidence and trust in agency leadership and donors.
  • Ability to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Cultural sensitivity towards the served population.
  • Computer literacy and willingness to work across multiple databases.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, work eligibility status, and pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards to track gift officer activity, portfolio performance, and progress toward fundraising goals
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to development leadership and stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison between the Salesforce team and development team to translate fundraising needs into technical requirements
  • Design, implement, and evaluate fundraising campaigns
  • Track campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Support moves management processes to advance donor relationships
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce data structures, ensuring accuracy and usability
  • Create efficiencies by developing and documenting processes and workflows
  • Support ethical, data-informed fundraising practices
  • Conduct prospect research to identify and qualify potential donors
  • Support donor segmentation and portfolio strategy for gift officers
  • Provide insights to enhance donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts
  • Provide executive assistant support to the VP, including reporting, research, and strategic analysis
  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and donor insights for leadership
  • Assist with high-level planning and special projects
  • Build strong relationships across functional areas to support shared goals
  • Represent CERI as a brand ambassador at community gatherings
  • Assist with annual campaigns and other fundraising events, as needed.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
