About The Position

The Development and Alumni Engagement Student Liaison will carry out daily administrative duties of the division, provide customer service to alumni, donors, students, and potential future colonels, and work closely with the Development and Alumni Engagement team as well as the Student Alumni Ambassador Advisor's to plan, organize, promote, execute, and follow-up all alumni and philanthropic events.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily administrative duties of the division.
• Provide customer service to alumni, donors, students, and potential future colonels.
• Work closely with the Development and Alumni Engagement team as well as the Student Alumni Ambassador Advisor's to plan, organize, promote, execute, and follow-up all alumni and philanthropic events.
• Answering/returning telephone calls, greeting and serving visitors, checking mail and voicemails, on campus errands, assisting Alumni Engagement staff members.
• Gathering, preparing, and organizing event materials, event set-up, event clean-up.
• Maintaining office organization, purging, and conducting inventory of promotional items.
