About The Position

This is a full-stack role where you will own features end-to-end, from data model to API to UI. You will work closely with operations, sales leadership, and the lead engineer to define what gets built and why. You will be part of the conversation, not just handed tickets. Your focus will be on customer-facing applications and rep-facing tooling, including the products our homeowners and field team interact with directly, and the integrations that connect them to our operations stack.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience building and shipping production apps
  • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
  • Backend experience — building APIs, working with databases, handling integrations
  • Comfort working across the full stack
  • Experience consuming and integrating third-party REST APIs
  • Clear written and verbal communication

Nice To Haves

  • React Native or mobile development experience
  • Experience building AI-powered features into production software — LLM integrations, intelligent automation, or AI-assisted workflows
  • Salesforce platform familiarity (Apex, SOQL, or even just working with the Salesforce API)
  • Experience at a small company or startup wearing multiple hats
  • Familiarity with field services, home services, or D2D sales
