About The Position

This role focuses on the entire developer journey with Blaxel, from discovery and learning to adoption. The Developer Relations professional will be responsible for documentation, tutorials, integration guides, code examples, blog posts, community engagement (Discord), and representing Blaxel at events. This is a founding, hands-on position with the potential to build out the function. The individual will act as a mini-founder, owning the outcome and establishing the developer outreach strategy.

Requirements

Ability to read code and ship working examples.
Proficiency in digging into unfamiliar features or codebases, using AI as an accelerant, to understand and explain them clearly.
High degree of autonomy and initiative; ability to find subject-matter experts and gather information independently.
Excellent technical writing skills, capable of making complex topics clear, engaging, and accurate.
Familiarity with AI infrastructure, containers, sandboxes, VMs, and the tradeoffs between major cloud providers.
Active curiosity about AI and its ecosystem.
Proficiency in using AI as a tool for technical understanding and automation.
Comfortable engaging with the community through various channels, including Discord, conference talks, and online discussions.
Ability to represent the brand effectively and demonstrate genuine care for developers.

Responsibilities

Write deep-dive blog posts on complex technical topics such as latency, stateful serverless, sandboxing, enterprise agent architecture, and benchmarks, interviewing engineers for technical accuracy.
Own and maintain documentation, ensuring it is accurate, clear, and up-to-date with all product releases.
Create integration guides, tutorials, and runnable code examples that demonstrate feature functionality and best practices.
Manage and grow the developer community on Discord and other platforms, answering questions, fostering advocacy, and relaying feedback to product and content teams.
Represent Blaxel at industry events, including speaking engagements and organizing community events.
Implement AI-powered systems and automation to scale content production.
Measure the effectiveness of content and channels in driving signups and adoption, optimizing strategies based on data.
