About The Position

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Developer I to support onsite in the Arlington, VA area. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent upon contract award. Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements.

Requirements

  • Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
  • 5 years of experience with enterprise platforms such as: Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Other enterprise IT systems

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting DoD, DON, or other federal government IT contracts.
  • Familiarity with DoD accreditation processes, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO).
  • Experience with Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance and vulnerability management.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based enterprise environments and modernization initiatives.
  • Relevant industry or platform certifications, such as Salesforce or PeopleSoft credentials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to meet defined Navy requirements.
  • Analyze system requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions, enhancements, and defect corrections.
  • Prepare enhancement and defect resource estimates, supporting software requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Integrate enterprise systems with existing Navy applications and data environments, ensuring accurate and secure data exchange.
  • Perform system administration functions, including configuration management, documentation, and support for backup and restore procedures.
  • Maintain current operating system and application patches in accordance with DoD and DON mandates, including Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA).
  • Support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes and prepare related technical and security documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues, identifying opportunities to improve system efficiency and performance.
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation, release notes, and user guidance to support system adoption.
  • Collaborate with government leads, program managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant project completion.
