About The Position

The Senior Developer + AI-Enabled Technical Support role provides daytime development, CRM bug fixing, and technical issue resolution for two brands, Wilkinson and Thriving Families. Reporting directly to the current IT Leader, this position supports assessment tools, websites, landing-page forms, apps, Google server resources, AI prompts, and core CRMs. The role calls for an independent, resourceful problem-solver who can turn unclear requests into tested solutions and build workflows aligned with department-wide strategies. The position supports the Funnel Manager by ensuring campaign links carry correct UTM tracking into the CRM and point to current Google server downloads. It also supports the Investor Relations team, including a five-person event team, by maintaining CRM stability, checking automation tag triggers, supporting AI tools used in CRMs or calls, and ensuring field activities are tracked. The role includes technical support and maintenance, scoped development work, marketing technology and integration troubleshooting, and AI workflow support. The employee communicates with internal stakeholders through written updates and regular Zoom check-ins, coordinates structured daily hand-offs with the IT Leader, works in test environments before production, protects client credentials and data, obtains authorization for sensitive changes or external sends, and escalates security risks and outages promptly. This is a full-time remote role for candidates in Latin America, working 9 AM–5 PM CST, 40 hours per week, in coordination with the USA team.
