The Team This is an opportunity for a highly motivated technologist to join our global Fidelity Architecture and Engineering organization on the Engineering Learning & Advocacy Team. We are a diverse, multi-functional team comprised of motivated technologists who believe in the power of innovation and constant teamwork. This team blends a passion for exploring new technologies with a dedication to helping others harness them through clear guidance, hands‑on learning, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Hands-on training and development experience or experience as a systems analyst being part of a team in full-stack development within an Agile team environment
- Able to coach and teach others across the firm
- Demonstrated expertise of being an excellent collaborator and an ambassador the developers
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of open-source systems and inner-source repositories
- Ability to collaborate across product teams to be the voice of developers and guide on product roadmap
- Experience leveraging DevAssist tools such as GitHub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to optimize development workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Desire to be detailed, very responsive, and committed to quality
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with the open-source community is a plus
- Video editing skills is a plus
