About The Position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Level 3 DevSecOps Engineer with a Secret clearance to work from our Colorado Springs, CO location. This position is contingent upon the program award expected June, 2026. As DevSecOps Engineer, Sr. you will perform technical planning, design, development, and integration for total system life cycle. You will develop, test, and install mission updates for operational and test systems. You will design, develop, document, test, & debug software. You will develop, test, and install mission critical patches for operational and test systems. You will deploy software/hardware deliveries, support special projects, and offer assistance to operational crews and contractor teams to resolve system issues. You will correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation of program development & analyze system capabilities to resolve program problems. You will validate incorporation of features & use cases into implemented designs. This is an EARLY-MID CAREER (level 3) role where candidates typically require a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience and a BS degree. Requirements

  • Active DOD8570 certified - Sec+, CISSP
  • Experience with Unix/Linux
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment
  • Must be able to work in a production/operational environment
  • Must be able to interact and support our customers on a daily basis.
  • Must be willing and able to travel (10-20%) across Front Range of Colorado
  • Active Secret Clearance required prior to start
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • BS degree

  • Experience with crypto devices (KG-175 or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members
