About The Position

As our Dev Ops Transformation Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious enterprise transformation program. You will lead the integrated transformation program execution across Platform Engineering, SRE, FinOps, DevSecOps, AIOps, demand intake, service ownership, operating-model change, and vendor transition. You will establish a governance and decision cadence by crafting an executive steering committee, working groups, decision logs, and clear decision rights across various groups. You will be accountable for turning the DevOps target operating model into an executable transformation system with clear outcomes, sequencing, governance, adoption, risk control, and value realization. You will establish demand intake and capacity-management field so hidden work becomes visible, priorities are clearer, and transformation capacity is protected. You will build concise executive and operating scorecards that connect transition readiness, service ownership, DORA, SLO readiness, incident trends, toil reduction, platform adoption, and key risk indicators. You will lead coordination among different departments and guide change processes, securing agreement across groups and handling communication, role definitions, and adoption goals. You will drive service ownership practices so priority services have clear owners, readiness expectations, operating standards, and measurable improvement paths. You will track value realization across operational improvement and financial impact, with the top two critical examples being reduced reactive work and finance-validated savings.
