About The Position

Porsche Centre Markham is looking for a Detailer to make cars shine like they're fresh off the showroom floor. This role is part of North America's largest automotive group, Lithia and Driveway. The Detailer will report to the Service Manager and work onsite, focusing on vehicle appearance.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive field.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down doorjambs.
• Maintains showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition.
• Applies dressing on tires and tire wells.
• Restores appearance of engine area, rugs and upholstery, and painted surfaces.
• Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery and poor mechanical operation.
• Cleans interior leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals.
• Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.
• Applies wax to auto body and wipes or buffs surfaces.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
