About The Position

Bill Brown Ford, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a motivated and hardworking Detailer to support its Sales and Service Departments by keeping vehicles clean and finely detailed. The role focuses on preparing and presenting vehicles to customers or potential customers with exceptional quality and attention to detail, while contributing to an excellent customer experience. The Detailer works in a fast-paced dealership environment, following processes to support quality and safety and pursuing monthly goals that support dealership and career growth.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Ability to listen to customers and determine how to assist them.
Positive attitude, friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a team-player attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
