About The Position

Crain Ford of Little Rock is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of appearance and quality before delivery to customers or display on the lot.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques for automotive detailing.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Must Pass Drug Screen

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Detailer or in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Wash, wax, and polish vehicles to maintain showroom quality appearance.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and upholstery.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic defects and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order.
• Ensure all vehicles are ready for customer delivery or display in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations related to vehicle detailing.
