About The Position

Kelley Chevrolet is seeking a Detailer to clean and detail new and used vehicles. This role involves maintaining the appearance of vehicles and the dealership property, and may require applying protective coatings. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Requirements

• Able to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 25lbs.
• Will be required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach repeatedly during the shift.
• Will be exposed to noise, dust, heat, cold, hazardous and non-hazardous materials and fumes.

Nice To Haves

• Computer knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of all vehicles, including the engine compartments.
• Apply paint, leather and/or fabric protection.
• Apply rust protection/undercoating as required.
• Help to maintain all tools and equipment used.
• Help to maintain the appearance of the property in and around the facility.
• Any other tasks deemed necessary by the manager.
