Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to visualize and work in a 2D/3D environment
- Strong aptitude for mathematics and technical plan reading
- Basic knowledge of construction practices
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CAD, AutoCAD, Tekla, or 3D modeling software
- Construction or manufacturing experience
- Steel joist and/or steel deck experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project coordination from initial building modeling through final shop order production, including 3D models, approval and placement plans, bills of material, sketches, and production documents.
- Work closely with customers, teammates, and production personnel to ensure project success and on-time delivery.
- Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
