About The Position

Lou Fusz Kia of Creve Coeur is seeking a Full-Time Auto Detailer to join our growing team. The Auto Detailer is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintaining the appearance of both new and pre-owned vehicles. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have a strong attention to detail, and be passionate about delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

Previous experience in auto detailing preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be willing to submit to background check, drug screening and insurability check

Responsibilities

Wash and polish vehicle exteriors using proper equipment and cleaning agents
Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery
Clean and treat interior surfaces such as dashboards, consoles, and door panels
Apply protective coatings and dressings to vehicle surfaces as needed
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or imperfections
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
Assist with vehicle lot organization, moving vehicles as needed
Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety guidelines
Additional duties as necessary
