About The Position

Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of appearance and quality before delivery to customers or display on the lot.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a vehicle detailer preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of both interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic defects and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles are showroom-ready and meet dealership standards.
• Assist with moving vehicles around the lot as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
