About The Position

Bish’s RV is seeking a highly motivated, meticulous RV Detail Technician to clean sold recreational vehicles and prepare them for customer pickup or delivery. The technician reviews the daily schedule and thoroughly cleans assigned new and used RVs, including trade-ins, to meet the dealership’s standards and provide customers with an excellent first impression. The role also involves identifying and reporting visible damage or maintenance needs, keeping the detailing area safe and organized, and coordinating with sales and service teams so units are ready on schedule.

The technician has access to professional-grade cleaning supplies, detailing tools and equipment, product-use training, scheduled work plans and checklists, a designated storage area, and guidance from supervisors and experienced staff. Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work every Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify RVs that need detailing.
• Thoroughly clean interior and exterior surfaces, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect each RV for visible damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the service department.
• Clean compartments, storage areas, and tanks, removing debris.
• Use cleaning chemicals and detailing tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate the status of detailed units to sales and service teams.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free workspace.
• Prepare sold RVs for customer pickup or delivery on schedule.
