About The Position

Bish’s RV is seeking a motivated, meticulous RV Detail Technician to clean sold recreational vehicles and prepare them for customer pickup or delivery. The technician reviews the daily schedule and thoroughly cleans assigned new and trade-in RVs, inside and out, to meet the company’s quality standards. The role includes inspecting units for visible damage or maintenance needs, reporting findings to the service department, and coordinating unit status with the sales and service teams. The technician is expected to use cleaning products and equipment safely, maintain an organized and hazard-free workspace, and complete work according to daily schedules. Training, supplies, equipment, checklists, and support from experienced staff are provided. The position pays $17–$19 per hour and requires availability every Saturday.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Availability every Saturday.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify RVs requiring detailing.
• Thoroughly clean interior and exterior surfaces, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect RVs for visible damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the service department.
• Clean compartments, storage areas, and tanks, removing debris.
• Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate the status of detailed units to sales and service teams.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free workspace.
• Complete detailing work on schedule so sold RVs are ready for customer handover.
