The Detail Manager oversees the detail technician team and ensures vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for customers after repairs or product installations. The position is based at a state-of-the-art facility and includes an open-to-closing shift schedule.
Requirements
- Experience working in non-climate-controlled environments.
- A track record of hiring, training, and developing a detail technician team.
- Experience performing vehicle quality checks after cleaning, repairs, or product installations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence.
- Self-motivation, an energetic personality, and a collaborative approach.
