About The Position

The Detail Specialist plays an important role in producing high-quality fiberglass pools and spas by trimming, grinding, repairing, and cleaning molded fiberglass products. Using hand and portable power tools, this hands-on position focuses on inspecting finishes, correcting imperfections, and smoothing surfaces to ensure each product meets quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, safe handling of chemicals and equipment, maintaining a clean work environment, and working effectively with the team to meet production goals.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in fiberglass, manufacturing, construction, bodywork, or a similar hands-on environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Trim, grind, sand, repair, and clean fiberglass pools and spas using hand and portable power tools.
Inspect products for imperfections, defects, and finish quality.
Perform repairs and surface preparation to ensure products meet quality standards.
Smooth and finish surfaces to achieve a clean, consistent appearance.
Safely handle chemicals, tools, equipment, and fiberglass materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and production standards.
Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily production goals and schedules.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
