The Destination Analyst is responsible for helping ensure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of the organization’s data for reporting, analysis, and decision-making. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights through dashboards, recurring reports, ad hoc analysis, and data visualization. The analyst plays a key role in supporting marketing, sales, partnerships, business intelligence, and leadership teams by helping stakeholders understand performance, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions. The Destination Analyst will work closely with the Data Engineer and other members of the Destination Technology team to validate data quality, document reporting logic, identify data issues, and support the effective use of the organization’s cloud data warehouse and business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical, analytical, and communication skills and should be comfortable writing SQL, validating data, building dashboards, interpreting performance trends, and translating business questions into clear analysis. This position is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to help teams across the organization use data more effectively to support destination marketing, sales, partnership, and organizational strategy.
