About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Dessert Attendant to support preparation and presentation of dessert items according to recipe. The role helps maintain product inventory, safety, sanitation, kitchen cleanliness, and expiration-date tracking, and includes completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, lifting or transporting objects up to 50 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present dessert items according to recipe and in an efficient manner.
• Maintain proper inventory, safety, sanitation, and the appearance of dessert items.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
