About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Dessert Attendant to support dessert preparation and presentation in keeping with recipes and efficiency standards. The role helps maintain product inventory, safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness, assists management in tracking product expiration dates, and completes opening or closing shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, transporting objects up to 50 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present dessert items according to recipe and in an efficient manner.
• Maintain proper inventory, safety, and sanitation to ensure product appearance.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning or closing shift duties.
