About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Dessert Attendant to support preparation and presentation of dessert items according to recipe and in an efficient manner. The role includes maintaining product inventory, safety, sanitation, and the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas; tracking product expiration dates with management; and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, lifting or transporting objects up to 50 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present dessert items according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Maintain proper inventory, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
