Working Professionals: 20-Minute Desktop Usability Study
About The Position
We are conducting a paid study focused on the usability of digital workflows and everyday software. The objective is to understand how professionals interact with new interfaces and perform common tasks on their desktop computers. The feedback gathered will be instrumental in improving the design of these tools for enhanced efficiency and user-friendliness. Participants will engage in a 20-minute remote, unmoderated session where they will share their screen and camera while completing simple tasks. They will also answer questions to provide honest reactions and articulate their thought process aloud.
Requirements
- Currently employed in a professional or corporate role
- Access to a desktop computer (mobile devices are not supported)
- Working webcam and the ability to share your screen
- Comfortable thinking out loud and sharing open feedback
