About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role requires strong Windows 10 expertise, hardware deployment experience, and excellent customer service skills to support a wide range of end users.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting Windows 10, including OS installation and troubleshooting
At least 1 year of hands-on hardware support experience (PC deployments, installs, field tech work)
Strong understanding of working within a networked environment
Either 2 years of practical IT experience or an Associate’s degree in a related field

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting enterprise-level environments
Exposure to standard desktop tools and technologies in corporate IT settings

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 operating systems in a networked environment
Add and remove users, manage system access, and support basic network connectivity issues
Perform PC deployments, hardware installations, and equipment setup for end users
Provide field support, including onsite troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues
Deliver high-quality customer service to all levels of the organization, including face-to-face support
Work independently to manage assigned tasks, prioritize workload, and resolve issues efficiently
Document technical issues, configurations, and resolutions as needed
